If you're setting up a new business in our supply area, or you're expanding your business and need to set up an additional account for your new site, you can let us know by completing our online form or by calling us.
If you are not sure if you are moving into†our region, you can check if your new premises are in our supply area.
When setting up your account with us, you will need to provide:
- Your new address
- The date your moved in†
- The meter reading of the new property
- The names you want to appear on the account
- Your contact details

When you can expect your first bill
You should receive your first bill within six months of moving in. We will aim to read your meter at least once a year and will send you a bill every six months.
