Our lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
Please take a meter reading on the day that you move in.
You should receive your first bill within six months of moving in. We will aim to read your meter at least once a year and will send you a bill every six months.
