Please note, we can only discuss or change account details with representatives of the business.
When adding additional named account holders, we need permission from the person being added to the account. This can be given over the phone.
If the main named account holder leaves your premises, we require notification from a named account holder who is staying at the premises.
If the people remaining at the premises are not currently named account holders, you will need to complete our online form, or call us on 0845 9200 888 (Textphone number for the deaf or hard of hearing: 0845 7200 899).
