To pay your bill by post, please send a cheque made payable to 'Thames Water Utilities Ltd'.
Please write your ten-digit account number on the back of the cheque and send it with the payment slip at the bottom of your bill to:

Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
You can pay your bill in full or by agreed instalments at your bank.
You will need to take the payment stub attached to your bill with you.
Please be aware, your bank may charge a fee for processing your payment.
If paying by cheque, please write your ten-digit account number on the back of the cheque.
If you pay your bill at a Post Office, you can do so with cash. However, the Post Office will charge you a processing fee.
When paying your bill at a Post Office, please use the payment stub at the bottom of your bill.
Please note - Thames Water payment cards for use at PayPoint outlets are not accepted at Post Offices.
