Help!
Click on the tabs across the top of the page to move into or between the relevant sections of the house.
Once you have selected an area of the house, the section appears with a number of clickable circles.
Clicking on a circle will reveal more information - helping you to diagnose and fix common water and wastewater related problems in your home. You can also find billing and metering advice, as well as plenty of water saving tips.
The common problems drop down list in the bottom right hand corner of the page gives quick links to the most frequently asked questions.
