Outside your house
You or the owner of the property if you are a tenant, are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the wastewater facilities and pipework, within the home and up to the point where your pipework meets the public sewer.
Main water pipes and public sewers are our responsibility. If you believe there is a problem, get in touch so we can investigate and advise you appropriately.
