We will contact you within one working day to confirm your requirements and arrange a site meeting.

This service is only available if you require a 50mm supply or less, or if you are developing up to 25 properties in the Thames Valley or up to 50 properties in London.

What happens next?

Once the site meeting has taken place and we have reviewed your application, we will send you a quotation for the work. You will need to:

• sign and return the quotation and a point of entry drawing
• pay the quotation fee in full
• have your trench and service pipe inspected and approved, either by us or a qualified underground plumber working under our approved plumbers scheme
