Blocked drains

If you find it difficult to flush your toilet or notice that water drains away very slowly, this could be a sign of a blockage. When wastewater is unable to flow away it can come back up from the toilet or sink, flooding your property.

A blocked drain may be our responsibility if more than one property is experiencing problems or there is widespread sewer flooding in the area. If this is the case, please call us 24 hours a day on 0845 9200 800 (Minicom or Typetalk: 0845 7200 898).

If you believe it's just your property experiencing a problem, there may be a blockage within your internal pipework.
