Since the launch of our customer awareness campaign in 1993:

• 25,047 customers have signed up to a regular gift
• 21,426 customers have given cash gifts
• the total given amounts to over £19.4 million (including Gift Aid) to WaterAid
• more than 1,293,000 people have gained access to safe, clean water

Our 2009/10 customer awareness campaign:

• recruited over 700 customers as regular donors with a year one income of £33,186
• generated 169 one-off cash donations worth £9,631
• raised a total income of £42,817
