Our employees are keen fundraisers, organising charitable events and getting friends and colleagues involved in all manner of activities in the name of charity.

We are proud of our employees efforts and encourage and support them in the following ways:
Match funding
To help make a real difference to the communities and initiatives close to our employees' hearts, we offer a pound-for-pound matched funding scheme up to a maximum of £2,000 for registered charities.
In 2009/10, our employees raised nearly £67,000 for good causes, which qualified for over £54,000 matched funding from us.
Give As You Earn
In addition, our employees are offered the facility to support their favourite charities with our payroll giving scheme, Give as you Earn.
To further increase our support for charitable causes and to encourage even more employees to to give as they earn, we contribute an additional 10 per cent to our employees donations.
All administration costs are paid for by us, to ensure that every penny donated goes straight to the charities.
