Communication in light of legal proceedings
Thames Water still accepts and responds to all complaints received directly from local residents. We no longer directly respond to complaints received via any other third party that is promoting legal action against us.
Because some residents have chosen to commence a civil action against Thames Water, and in keeping with normal legal practices, Thames Water will no longer engage in detailed discussions with individuals, who are carrying out legal action against it, or their representative organisations.
All questions and requests for information from residents involved in the civil proceedings against Thames Water (or their representative organisation) should be directed through those parties' solicitors.
