Responding to climate change

Our long-term plans include measures to adapt to the inevitable effects of climate change and steps to reduce our contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.

We are taking a twin-track approach of managing the unavoidable impacts of climate change on our business 'adaptation', combined with a reduction in our greenhouse gas emissions 'mitigation'.

Our commitment is reflected in our policies on climate change, environment, sustainable procurement and corporate responsibility.

Climate change is a central theme of our approach to sustainability and our five-year plan for 2010 to 2015 explains how we aim to reduce our contribution to climate change and adapt to its effects.

Please follow the links below for more information on our approach to climate change and carbon reductions.
