Your bill and account

This section is for our domestic customers. You can find out more about your charges, how to set up a Direct Debit and the different ways you can pay your bill.

You can also get help with paying your bill, notify us of a recent payment, sign up for paperless billing, request a copy of a recent bill and change your account details.

Got a problem?

In this section you can find out what to do if you have no water or low pressure, get advice on burst or leaking pipes, blockages and sewer flooding, and find out how to turn your water off or on.

You can also search for Water Fittings Regulations approved plumbers in your area, learn about the problems caused by misconnected pipes and get information on home emergency cover.

Moving home

If you are moving into our region and need to set up a new account, or are an existing customer moving within or out of our area, you can find out how tell us all about your move in this section.

You can also use our postcode search to check if your property is in our supply area and get answers to our most frequently asked moving home questions.

Water meters

If you are thinking about switching to a water meter, you can find out everything you need to know in this section.

You can also request a water meter, find out how to find and read you meter and submit a reading, as well as work out why you metered bill may be higher than usual.

Your water

Use this section to find out how we treat your water and get it to your taps, and use your postcode to get a water quality report for your area.

Visit this section if you want to find out how you can start saving water and money around your home, school and work, order free water saving devices and find out how full our reservoirs are and how much rain we have had in the last month.

Developers

If you are a developer or builder in our supply area, then this section will provide you with all the information you need about water supplies for building purposes, applying for new connections, building over our sewers, asking us to adopt new or existing sewers and much more.

Businesses

This section is for our commercial customers. You can set up a new account, find out about your charges, change your account details or pay your bill.

You can also find out how to let us know you are moving premises, submit your meter reading and learn about getting permission from us to discharge trade effluent into our sewer.

About us

This section contains information about our business, including our future business plans, facts and figures, information on our management and history, and financial information.

This is also where you can find out about how we looking after our environment and the possible impacts of climate change on our business, as well as what we are doing to manage our contribution to climate change.

Our corporate responsibility policy is also available in this section, which explains how we take account of social and environmental issues in the way we work.

Community

This section enables you to find out about days out at our sites in your area by using our interactive map.

It also provides educational resources for primary and secondary schools, as well as information on the charities we support and how we help, support and take part in the communities we serve.

Media

This section is for the media. It contains our latest press releases, enables you to subscribe to RSS feeds for our latest news headlines, and provides contact details for our Press Office. You can also download images and view our films.

Careers

Use this section to find out more about working for us, view our current vacancies, find out about our apprentices scheme and graduate programme and apply for jobs online.

Navigation

To make it easy finding your way around the site we have ensured that the navigation options are always displayed on screen and that our home page is always accessible via the house icon to the left of the navigation.

When navigating through the website:

  • You can tell where you are in the site by looking at the navigation on the top of the screen and down the left hand side. There is also a 'breadcrumb trail' which looks like this (depending which page you are on): 'Home > Water meters > Find and read your meter' which shows you the route you have taken through the site and enables you to back-track.  
  • You can move around, as well as up and down through the site, by clicking the navigation on the top tabs or the links down the left hand side.
  • The left-hand side navigation will expand and contract to show what is available, and will open to a maximum of four levels.
  • The search facility is available at the top-right of every page 
  • The sitemap at the bottom right-hand corner of every page shows the complete structure of our website
