'Taking care of water' is our first 25-year Strategic Direction Statement.
This strategy outlines how we will respond to future challenges, such as climate change, leakage, water efficiency and the delivery of high quality customer service for the 2010 to 2035 period.
This is the result of one of our largest-ever public consultation exercises, which included discussion groups with customers, stakeholder workshops, interviews with MPs and an online consultation, prompting over 2,600 individual comments.
