Water Resources Management Plan 2010 to 2035

Every five years water companies in England and Wales are required to produce a Water Resources Management Plan that outlines how they aim to meet predicted demand for water over the next 25 years (from 2010 to 2035).

We consider that we have produced a robust and sustainable plan, that carefully balances the interests of our customers and the environment. However, the plan raises a number of important issues, which will be fully examined at a public inquiry which gets under way in June 2010.
