The Statement includes a list of supporting documents which we intend to refer to at the inquiry. Stakeholders can make appointments to view these documents at our offices in Reading or London. To arrange an appointment, please contact lesley.tait@thameswater.co.uk or telephone 0118 373 9057 during office hours.
This Statement of Case was published on 25 February 2010. It replaces the Statement of Case we published on 23 February 2010. The minor amendments to the Statement were requested by Defra.
