Revised draft Water Resources Management Plan and key documents
We published our revised draft Water Resources Management Plan on 18 September 2009. This is an updated version of our draft plan originally published in May 2008, which takes into account the views of our stakeholders, as set out in our Statement of Response.
The revised draft plan is available to download below, as well as other key public inquiry documents including our Statements of Common Ground with the Environment Agency and Ofwat; Thames Water Proofs of Evidence and Rebuttal Proofs of Evidence.

Our draft Water Resources Management Plan was published in May 2008 for public consultation. This has now been updated and the revised draft plan was published in September 2009. If you would like to request copies of the draft plan, please email consultations@thameswater.co.uk.

Statement of Case

On 23 February 2010 we submitted our Statement of Case to Defra, outlining the case we will present at the public inquiry to support our plan. As well as demonstrating how we will deal with the issues highlighted by Defra, the document also addresses stakeholder comments submitted to Defra during an additional six-week consultation which closed in January 2010.
The Statement includes a list of supporting documents which we intend to refer to at the inquiry. Stakeholders can make appointments to view these documents at our offices in Reading or London. This Statement of Case was published on 25 February 2010. It replaces the Statement of Case we published on 23 February 2010. The minor amendments to the Statement were requested by Defra.

In February 2010 we published our Statement of Common Ground with the Environment Agency. This document sets out the issues raised by Defra in calling for the inquiry and additional issues raised by the Environment Agency. It sets out issues which have been agreed by Thames Water and the Environment Agency and issues which are still under discussion or where agreement cannot be reached.
