The services outlined in this section are for customers who have sight or hearing problems, mobility concerns, or other specific needs. More detailed information is available in the following leaflet.

If you would like tell us about your own circumstances or learn more about our extra care services, please call our dedicated line on 0845 641 0068. Lines are open weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm (Minicom or Typetalk: 0845 7200 898).
