We offer a bill management service that enables you to view, track and store your Thames Water bill from within a secure online environment.
The bill management service is provided by 'MyBillsOnline', a service set up by some of the UK's leading banks, which offers a central point to store and view many of your household bills and statements online.
How to register for paperless billing
When registering, please be sure to have the following details to hand:
- Your ten-digit Thames Water account number (printed at the top of your bill
) - The full address of the property concerned
Once registered, click the 'Add billing account' button on the 'Billing accounts' page, and then select 'Thames Water' from the drop-down list. You will receive an email notification when your new bill is available.
When you register, you will not see bills dated before you signed up, but you will see bills produced after the date you registered.

MyBillsOnline is a bill management service, which offers a central point to store and view many of your household bills and statements online.
You can register securely through the MyBillOnline website, and view your Thames Water bill online.
If you bank with Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland, or NatWest, you can also make payments through your online bank account.

Paperless billing allows you to:
- Make online payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week*
- Keep an online record of your bills
- Receive bills online, with email alerts when they arrive
- Reduce the amount of paper you get in the post
* If you bank with Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest you can pay your bill through your online bank account.
All customers can also pay online through our website.

- I don't bank with participating banks - are other banks taking part?

We cannot confirm which banks will be joining, as this agreement is between MyBillsOnline and participating banks.
You may wish to contact your bank, to check whether they are planning to participate in this service.

- When and how will I see my bill?

Once registered, you will receive an email telling you that your new bill is available to view. You will be able to see your bill through MyBillsOnline* or by accessing your online bank account.
Metered bills are produced every six months, and unmetered bills are produced annually - normally between February and March.
*When you register, you will not see bills dated before you signed up, but you will see bills produced after the date you registered.

- Will I still receive a paper bill?

No. Once you have registered, you will receive an email telling you that your new bill is available to view. However, reminder bills will still be sent through the post.
You will be able to see your bill (when it is produced) through MyBillsOnline* or by accessing your online bank account.

Yes. You can request a copy of your most recent bill by completing our online form.
