You can request a copy of your most recent bill by completing our online form.
You will be sent a replica of the original bill, so please bear in mind, this will not include any charges or payments made since the date of the bill.
We will send you a copy within six working days of your request, either in the post, by email or online if you have registered for paperless billing.
When requesting a copy of your bill, please have the following to hand:
- Ten-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill
) - Full name, contact telephone number and the address of the property concerned
