We take non-payment of bills very seriously. If your bill is overdue please arrange for payment to be made immediately.

If you are having difficulty paying your bill, we may be able to help by setting up a customised payment plan for you.

Our lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 1pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday and bank holidays.

For customers who receive benefits

If you are in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, or Employment and Support Allowance, you may wish to consider Direct Water Payments.

Direct Water Payments are taken directly from your benefit, meaning:

  • You do not have to remember to make payments
  • There is no chance of a County Court Claim

The Job Centre Plus (Department for Work and Pensions) will take a fixed amount from your benefit to pay any debt and your current charges.
