Thames Water Property Services is a subsidiary of Thames Water, providing the full range of property services to Thames Water.

We manage around 18,000 acres in total on over 5,000 sites.

Services include estate management, facilities management, letting of surplus sites, buying land or easements required for the business, town planning, buildings maintenance and business rates management.

Land that we no longer need for operational purposes is dealt with by Thames Water Property through its development subsidiaries, Kennet Properties and Foudry Properties.

Our commercial property developments

Kennet Properties is a subsidiary of Thames Water. It identifies opportunities for making efficient use of the land that we own, in particular the redevelopment of land and buildings which we no longer need for operational purposes.

To make sure that our customers and shareholders get the best value from these redevelopments, we put any income we get from this land back into the operational business.
