You can pay your bill in full or by agreed instalments over the phone using our automated service, which is available 24 hours a day.
Please call 0845 9200 888 (Textphone: 0845 7200 899) and have your ten-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill
) and debit or credit card to hand.
Our lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 1pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday and bank holidays.
You will be given a unique reference number to confirm your payment.
