You can pay your bill in full or by agreed instalments at your bank. You will need to take the payment stub attached to your bill with you.

Please be aware, your bank may charge a fee for processing your payment.

If paying by cheque, please write your ten-digit account number on the back of the cheque.

Pay your bill through your online banking service

If you bank with Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest, you can sign-up for a bill management service, which allows you to track and pay your Thames Water bill from the secure environment of your online banking service.
