You can pay the full balance of your bill, or an agreed instalment, in cash at any PayPoint terminal - there are nearly 22,000 PayPoint outlets in the UK.
When paying by PayPoint, remember to take your Thames Water bill and instalment payment card with you.
PayPoint terminals have a cash limit of £149.00. If you want to make a payment greater than this, you can make multiple transactions. Please keep all receipts.
Please allow three to five working days for payments to clear.
