If you pay your bill at a Post Office, you can do so by cash. However, the Post Office will charge you a processing fee.
When paying your bill at a Post Office, please use the payment stub at the bottom of your bill.
Please note - Thames Water payment cards for use at PayPoint outlets are not accepted at Post Offices.
