You can register your change of address online or by phone.
All you need to provide is:
- Your ten-digit account number
(if you're an existing customer) - Your new address
- The date you will or have moved in
- The meter reading of the new property (if the property is metered)
- The names you wish to appear on the account
- Your contact details
Before telling us about your move, please ensure your move date is confirmed and no more than 28 days away.

Change of account holder
If the person named on the bill moves out, please update your account details.
If none of the occupants are named account holders, please let us know by completing our moving in form or by calling us.
