If you are on our home dialysis priority list, we give you a longer notification period before we turn off your water supply during planned work.

During emergencies you will also receive additional support and advice.

Our lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
