If you would like to connect your new or existing property to our public sewerage system, for both foul water and surface water (rainwater), you will need to apply for a sewer connection that complies with Section 106 of the Water Industry Act 1991.

The connections can be made by your choice of qualified contractors; however, we must inspect the connection.

We can also provide you with a service to connect properties to the public sewers, on a chargeable basis. Please contact Developer Services if you would like a quotation for this service.
