If your site has no means of drainage to an existing public sewer due to third party land, we can provide both a foul and surface water sewer to serve the site.
You will be required to contribute towards the costs of the work. The charge is dependent upon a number of factors including sewer cost, the number of houses served, and how quickly the houses are occupied.
An initial payment of £1,000 is required to cover the cost of preliminary investigations and the production of a budget estimate.
