On-the-job training
On-the-job training is provided to allow graduates to obtain relevant knowledge and skills by working alongside experienced employees, so that each graduate's development is tailored and specific to their personal needs.
Mentoring and coaching
All graduates will be partnered with a mentor from within Thames Water who will be on hand to provide advice, aid learning and raise performance levels.
