Stages in the application process

Stage 1 - Application form

When our 2012 scheme opens, you can apply online.

Stage 2 - Telephone interview

Successful candidates that meet the required criteria will receive a telephone interview from a resourcing consultant.

Stage 3 - Online dependability and safety instrument test

Candidates will complete an online test to assess appropriateness for the apprenticeship scheme.

Stage 4 - Online verbal and numerical test

Candidates will complete an online test to assess their verbal / numerical capability for the apprenticeship scheme.

Stage 5 - Assessment day

The day consists of a face-to-face interview, group exercise, SHL tests - fault finding and mechanical, colour blindness assessment and a sewage works tour.
