Campaigns
We run campaigns throughout year to raise awareness about the key issues we and our customers face - from helping to prevent sewer flooding resulting from household blockages to educating our customers about water efficiency.
Our award winning London On Tap campaign has led the way in highlighting the environmental and financial benefits of drinking tap water as well as raising awareness of its high quality. Thousands of London's restaurants have pledged to serve tap water to all customers free of charge and 68 per cent of customers have pledged to 'tap into water'. The campaign is now being replicated across the country and throughout Europe.
