The Great Debate
This fun teaching resource for students at Key Stages 3 and 4 aims to help them understand, explore and debate water conservation issues. It supports the teaching and learning of Geography, Science, PSHE and Citizenship.
Students are invited to participate in a public debate and take on the roles of local community members.
The debate covers the arguments of becoming a 'water neutral community', and helps students understand the importance of water from the perspective of others.
The resource includes downloadable classroom materials, interactive presentations, and a databank.
