- Five-year plan 2010 to 2015
- The water industry works in five-year planning cycles, in which proposals are submitted to our regulator, Ofwat, to determine future price limits. Our five-year plan sets out proposals to maintain and improve our services during the period 2010 to 2015.
- Water Resources Management Plan 2010 to 2035
- Every five years we produce a Water Resources Management Plan. This sets out how the we will cope with increased pressure on water supplies, from population growth, climate change and increased demand.
- Taking care of water
- Taking care of water is our strategic direction statement for 2010 to 2035. This is the culmination of our largest-ever public consultation, which included discussion groups with customers and stakeholders, interviews with MPs and an online consultation.
- Improvements in your area
