Five-year plan 2010 to 2015
The water industry works in five-year planning cycles, in which proposals are submitted to our regulator, Ofwat, to determine future price limits. Our five-year plan sets out proposals to maintain and improve our services during the period 2010 to 2015.
Water Resources Management Plan 2010 to 2035
Every five years we produce a Water Resources Management Plan. This sets out how the we will cope with increased pressure on water supplies, from population growth, climate change and increased demand.
Taking care of water
Taking care of water is our strategic direction statement for 2010 to 2035. This is the culmination of our largest-ever public consultation, which included discussion groups with customers and stakeholders, interviews with MPs and an online consultation.
