Listening to the views and understanding the expectations of our customers, employees and other stakeholders is very important to us.

We want to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and make sure your priorities are taken into account when we make our decisions.

To achieve this, we need to involve you in our plans and listen to your views and we are committed to carrying out a wide range of consultation activities to help us do this.

After each consultation we summarise what we have been told, and explain how these views have been considered in our planning.

Our consultations aim to:

  • Keep our customers and other stakeholders informed of our future plans
  • Understand and try to reflect their priorities in our plans

Our 14-week second phase of consultation on the proposed Thames Tunnel opened on 4 November 2011 and runs until 10 February 2012.
