Martin Baggs, Chief Executive Officer
Martin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Thames Water on March 2010, having previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from December 2009.
Stuart Siddall, Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Siddall joined Thames Water in September 2011, having previously held the position of Chief Executive of The Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Steve Shine OBE, Chief Operating Officer
Steve Shine OBE joined Thames Water in January 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, having previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at SGB UK, a position he occupied since 2003.
Natalie Beckerman, Customer Service Director
Natalie joined Thames Water in August 2011 having left her previous role as Customer Experience Director for YODEL (Home Delivery Network Limited and Parcelpoint Ltd.).
Richard Aylard CVO, External Affairs and Sustainability Director
Richard leads the company's engagement with external stakeholders, including Government, the Environment Agency and the Consumer Council for Water and is the principal spokesperson with the media and other audiences.
Piers Clark, Commercial Director
Piers was appointed Commercial Director in May 2011, having previously served as Interim Asset Management Director from March 2010.
Janet Burr, Human Resources Director
Janet was appointed Human Resources Director on 25 November 2010, having previously served as Interim Human Resources Director from June 2010.
Bob Collington, Asset Management Director
Bob was appointed as Asset Management Director on April 2011, having previously served as Director of Operational Management.
Nick Fincham, Strategy and Regulation Director
Nick was appointed Strategy and Regulation Director in April 2011, having previously served as Head of Regulation from June 2010.
Michael Gerrard, Managing Director for the Thames Tunnel
Michael was appointed Managing Director for the Thames Tunnel project in May 2011, having previously been Chief Executive Officer of Partnerships UK and, most recently, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Local Partnerships.
Lawrence Gosden, Capital Delivery Director
Lawrence was appointed Capital Delivery Director in October 2011. He joined Thames Water in October 2007, having previously held senior manager positions in Southern Water and South East Water.
Nick Harris, Operations Director
Nick was appointed Operations Director in October 2011. He is responsible for more than 2,300 employees who operate and maintain our water and wastewater treatment plants and networks.
