Nick was appointed Operations Director in October 2011. He is responsible for more than 2,300 employees who operate and maintain our water and wastewater treatment plants and networks.
Nick joined Thames Water in 2001 as Operations Director in Chile and moved to the UK in 2006. His subsequent operational roles included Head of Networks and Head of Field Operations.
Prior to his roles at Thames Water,Nick worked for Lyonnaise des Eaux in water operations in a number of countries including the Philippines and Gaza. This followed eight years working for Northumbrian Water in operations and capital delivery.
Nick is a chartered civil engineer and worked in the construction industry prior to moving into the water industry.
