If you are unhappy about the way we have handled your bill or account, please call us on 0845 641 0020 (Textphone: 0845 7200 899).

Our lines are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

Water supply or wastewater services queries

If you are unhappy about the way we have dealt with your water supply or wastewater services, please call us on 0845 9200 800 (Textphone: 0845 7200 898).

Our lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Consumer Council for Water (CCWater)

CCWater is an independent body set up to represent the interests of water customers and may investigate your complaint and take it up with us on your behalf.

If you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome of our review of your complaint, you can contact the Consumer Council for Water (CCWater) by calling 0845 758 1658 (or 0207 931 8502) or by visiting their website.

Their lines are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and are closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

Normally, CCWater will only take up complaints if we have been given the opportunity to put things right first.
