We opened our new Operations Management Centre at Green Park in Reading early this year.

We aim to create an industry-leading operational control hub to make Thames Water more efficient and improving services for our 13.8 million customers.

The opening of our Operations Management Centre will mean that, for the first time, each of our operations functions will be under one roof. This will make our work more effective and efficient.

Building on our best-ever performance

Our performance is better than ever at the moment - best ever sewage works compliance, best ever drinking water quality and leakage down 24 per cent in the past four years.

However, we're not being complacent. We're determined to be even more efficient as a business and, crucially, in delivering top-class services for our customers. Our Operations Management Centre will allow us to do that.
