Stakeholder engagement

We provide vital services for 13.8 million customers across London and the Thames Valley, and our activities – from routine maintenance to major engineering work – can impact upon many people. Organisations and individuals have a wide range of views and expectations about our work, and it is essential that we engage with them. Through this dialogue, we can better appreciate and respond to their feedback.

We listen to their views on our plans and, where possible, make changes to accommodate their comments.

It is important that we do this in order to successfully progress with our programme of planned improvements, representing our biggest-ever investment programme, as well as building support for our future priorities.

Our Stakeholder Engagement team oversees communications for major engineering projects, liaises with local, regional and national government, and manages our public consultation exercises.
