  • Information you will need
      • To set up, change, or close your account with us, you will need to provide:
      • Your new address
      • The date of your move
      • Your contact details
      • The meter reading of your property (if the property is metered)
      • If already a Thames Water customer; your 10-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill)
