You can let us know about your move using our easy all-in-one online form.
- Information you will need
- To set up, change, or close your account with us, you will need to provide:
- Your new address
- The date of your move
- Your contact details
- The meter reading of your property (if the property is metered)
- If already a Thames Water customer; your 10-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill)
