It outlines our range of payment options so that you can pay your bill in manageable amounts and what will happen if you are unable to pay.
We have three schemes available for customers who are in financial hardship and are unable to pay their bill. You can find out more about these schemes by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.

You can spread the cost of your bill by paying in instalments with the flexibility of choosing your payment date. In addition, we may be able to agree weekly or fortnightly payments.
Organisations such as Citizens Advice Bureau, Consumer Credit Counselling Service and the National Debtline can provide you with free, independent advice.
