Submit your meter reading

Send us a text message

Simply start a new text message and enter your 10-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill), then add a space followed by your meter reading.

Send this to 84771 and we will record this on your account and issue you with a revised bill.

If you would like to call or write to us, you can get in touch that way too.

When we will read your meter

We are required to take our own meter readings at each property at least once every two years.

This also helps to ensure there are no leaks from your water pipes and that we are not overcharging you.
