Please use this form to request a copy of your most recent bill. The bill that we email you will be a copy of your most recent bill, not a statement. It will not include any charges or payments made since the date of the bill, and doesn't replace your current billing or payment arrangements.

Most bills are emailed within one hour, but please allow one working day for us to get in touch.

To protect your personal information, we'll email your bill as a password-protected attachment. You will need to enter your account number to open it.

To complete this form you will need to provide your:

  • Thames Water account number (printed at the top of your bill)
  • Full name, contact number, email address and account address
