If your complaint is relating to your waste or wastewater, you can either call, email or write to us. We may be able to resolve your complaint over the phone.
For wastewater complaints, please check your bill to see who provides your wastewater. If it's not with us, you'll need to get in touch with the provider.

Send us a letter to: Thames Water, PO Box 436, Swindon, SN38 1TU. Please include your name, address, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you. We'll be in touch via phone or letter within 10 working days of receiving your complaint.
