There are a number of different ways you can access a copy of your most recent bill.

Online account

The quickest and easiest way to access your most recent bills is by logging in to your online account.

Your bills are available as PDFs to view, download or print whenever suits you.

Online form

If you're not ready to sign up for an online account, you can use our online form to request a copy of your bill.

Request a copy of your bill

You will be sent a replica of the original bill, so please bear in mind, this will not include any charges or payments made since the date of the bill.

Most bills are emailed within one hour, but please allow one working day for us to get in touch.

To protect your personal information, we'll email your bill as a password-protected attachment. You will need to enter your account number to open it.

    When requesting a copy of your bill, please have the following to hand:

    • Your 10-digit account number (printed at the top of your bill)
    • Full name, contact telephone number, email address and the address of the property concerned
