The impact of the coronavirus outbreak is making it increasingly difficult to maintain normal service levels in our call centre right now, however we remain committed to being there for you.
We’re asking you to only call us if you have an urgent water issue, you’re struggling to pay your bill or if you’re moving home. Otherwise please use our online services which allow you to view bills and payments, make payments and amend your account details.
Our 24-hour helpline remains open for urgent supply issues such as no water or flooding. You can also contact us online to report a problem.
By using our online services it will allow us to better service those who need us most.
