Over the past two years we’ve been developing two plans for how we’ll provide services to our customers in the future.
The first is our draft Water Resources Management Plan, which sets out how we’ll provide a secure and reliable water supply to our customers over the 80 years from 2020 to 2100.
We want to hear what you think and are running a public consultation on our draft plan, starting on 9 February 2018 and closing on 29 April 2018.
The second plan is our Business Plan, which looks at what services we’ll deliver for our customers and how we’ll deliver them over a five year period from 2020 to 2025.
We are also running a public consultation on our Business Plan from 19 February until 29 April 2018.
