Before you start...

Make sure you have all the information you need to complete your move. 

What you need:

  • Your new address
  • The date you're moving - the earliest you can tell us is 28 days before your move date
  • An email address and mobile number

Optional:

  • Bank account details - you can set up a Direct Debit to easily split your bill into instalments
  • Details of any additional account holders you'd like to add

If your new property is empty, please contact us so we can discuss your account.

Please be aware
By setting up this account online you'll be the primary account holder. To create and manage an account for someone else, you need to be added as an 'authorised representative' by the person named on the bill.
