 We are having issues with no water/low pressure in the SE21 and SE24 areas.

This is due to a burst water pipe on Hawarden Drive in SE24.

We currently have a team on site working to restore your supply as quickly as possible.

We apologise to customers who are still experiencing issues with their water supplies in the SE22/23 postal area.

This is due to a burst water main on Lordship Lane.

Our teams are on-site and working hard to restore your supplies as quickly as possible.

We have started to re-route water through our network. Due to this being a complicated repair, this process can take a couple of hours.

Customers should notice a positive change to their water pressures within the next 1-2 hours.

Our teams are still on site working hard to complete the repair as soon as possible.

We have been able to re-route water around our network and most customers should be back in supply.

In order to carry out the repair effectively and safely, we’ve closed Bromley Common Road (A21) between Johnson Road and Crown Lane.

Traffic management is in place to cause as little disruption as possible.

We apologise to customers in the OX4 area who are currently experiencing issue with their water supplies.

We received a report of  a burst water main on Bhandari Close which may be affecting you. Our technician's are on site investigating and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.

During this time we ask you to conserve water from storage tanks during the time your water supply is interrupted.

If you do still have a supply, we would advise you to store some water for drinking, in case your water has to be switched off for a repair to be completed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and aim to restore your supply to normal as soon as possible.
