Message last updated: Friday 9 December 2016 - 18.47PM.

We're sorry to customers currently with no water and low water pressure still in SE22, SE23 and SE26. This is due to a burst water pipe on Lapse Wood Walk this morning.

Our team have finished the repair and turned the valves on. It is a wide area affected and pressure should build back up in a few hours.

We're really sorry to those affected by the burst pipe. We know flooding has a huge personal impact and we're doing our best to support you.
Our customer team and insurance specialists are available all day for you to speak to in person so please come and talk to them if you need anything. They are in Room 211 at the Business Design Centre on Berners Road, which is off Upper Street.

The pipe repair

We worked through the night to dig down to reach the broken pipe. This work continues today, and we'll be working 24-hours a day to get this repair completed as fast as we can.

Road repairs

The southbound side of the road remains closed while we work to repair the pipe.
Again, we're extremely sorry for the disruption our burst pipe has caused and will do all we can to get the area back to normal as soon as possible.
